She has released three cookbooks; Kitchen Party, Well Seasoned, and In Mary’s Kitchen.

Carley’s book is set in PEI and pays homage to Anne and Maud. This event kicks off the Uxbridge celebration of the 150th anniversary of the birth of local and national icon, Lucy Maud Montgomery.
